Azari'EL Wilson is a dedicated wellness professional with over five years of experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, and wellness programming. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology with a concentration in Gerontology from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. With a strong background as a collegiate track and field athlete, Azari'EL has worked extensively with children, seniors, athletes, and adults of all ages to improve their fitness, mobility, and overall wellness. As a fitness specialist and wellness coordinator, Azari'EL is passionate about helping individuals build sustainable, healthy habits and transform not only their bodies—but their mindset and understanding of health. She empowers her clients to become advocates for their own well-being, gain control of their fitness journey, and embrace lifelong wellness. Her specialities combine mobility, strength and conditioning, weight loss support, corrective exercise, nutritional coaching, injury prevention, and core stability. Azari'EL creates an encouraging and educational environment, helping clients gain confidence, develop proper form, and better understand the amazing capabilities of their bodies. She is committed to guiding each person toward becoming the healthiest and strongest version of themselves—inside and out.
My Story
I began my fitness journey in college while studying Exercise Science, driven by a passion for understanding how the body moves and performs. When deciding on a minor, I chose Gerontology to expand my knowledge and learn how to better serve older adults, especially since my previous experience included working with children, middle-aged adults, and athletes. Studying and working with different age groups and performance levels helped me realize that no two bodies are the same—so training should never be one-size-fits-all.
Through these experiences, I developed a deep appreciation for helping individuals at every stage of life and fitness level. I also recognized that many online workouts and fitness videos can leave people feeling confused—unsure if they’re performing movements correctly or questioning whether those exercises even align with their specific goals. I created this page and these programs to eliminate that uncertainty.
My mission is to provide practical, long-lasting, and functional fitness that translates into real life. I want to give individuals a place to properly learn how to move their bodies, build a strong foundation, and confidently work toward their goals. My goal is for you to not only implement these workouts, but to truly understand your body—so you can train with confidence, execute movements with proper form, give your best effort, and know you are on the right path to lasting health and wellness.
